When will I receive my Shiki Box?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location — we ship across Europe and internationally. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery time may vary depending on your destination country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account and check the “Orders” section for tracking updates.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us at "email" as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Choose a plan (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), and we’ll deliver a curated Japanese snack box to your door each month. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, you can manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal. You’ll find a link in your order confirmation or subscription email.

Will I get different snacks each month?

Absolutely! Every box is uniquely themed and includes seasonal, traditional, and limited-edition snacks from Japan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — we use secure encryption and Shopify’s trusted checkout system to protect your payment data.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but we recommend creating an account so you can easily manage orders, subscriptions, and shipping details.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can cancel and refund it. Please contact us quickly at support@shikibox.com.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally don’t offer refunds. However, if you experience a problem with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right.
